2. 배송비용 : 5만원 이상 구매시 무료배송, 5만원 이하 구매시 3800원의 배송료가 주문서 작성시 자동으로 청구 됩니다. (※제주도, 울릉도 및 섬,도서 산간 지역은 추가배송료)
3. 배송기간 : 결제일로부터 서울,경기 지역은 1~2일, 도서 및 산간지역은 2~5일 이내.오후 2시까지 입금확인 건은 당일 발송이 가능. (일요일,휴무일 제외)
4. 배송조회 : 발송이 완료된 제품은 마이페이지에서 운송장 번호를 통해 배송추적이 가능하며, 제품 배송에 관한 자세한 사항은 로젠택배 ☎ 1588-9988 고객센터나 홈페이지로 문의 가능.
5. 입고시기가 차이나는 상품을 같이 주문하실 경우 모든 상품의 입고가 완료된 후 일괄적으로 발송이 되며, 각 제품의 배송을 원하실 경우 따로 주문을 해주시거나 먼저 발송되는 제품에 대한 택배비를 부담하셔야 됩니다.
▶ 반품 및 교환,환불이 되는 경우입니다. (제품 수령후 미개봉 제품을 7일 이내 교환 및 환불 요청시)
1. 고객센터 (031-8034-1334)로 반품 및 교환,환불 접수가 정상적으로 처리 된 후 진행됩니다.(임의로 반품하신 경우는 처리가 불가하며 택배 비용은 구매자 부담으로 다시 재반송)
2. 주문내역과 다르게 상품이 오배송 된 경우(배송된 제품 반품회수 후 교환가능)
3. 상품이 구매자에게 배달되기 전의 과정에서 상품의 내용물 훼손이나 파손이 된 경우(동일상품 교환만 가능하며 단, 동일상품 품절시 환불처리 가능)
4. 구매자의 단순변심으로 인한 환불이나 교환시에는 왕복택배비를 직접 부담하셔야 하며, 반송되는 제품의 확인 후 교환 및 환불 처리가 됩니다.
5. 반품 및 환불규정에 해당되는 경우 구매자는 일체 금액부담이 없으며, 환불을 받는 경우에는 상품이 반송되는 시점일 기준 3일내에 카드승인취소나 고객지정계좌에 환불 금액의 입금이 완료됩니다. 단, 금요일 오후 5시 이후에는 다음주 화요일에 입금이 완료됩니다.
▶ 다음의 경우에는 구매자가 환불 또는 교환을 요청할 수 없습니다.
1. 제품의 개봉등으로 씰 훼손 등 개봉하여 제품을 확인한 경우
2. 구매자의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
3. 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
4. 원래 상품의 포장을 훼손하거나 파손이 된 경우
5. 기타 구매자가 환불 또는 교환을 요청할 수 없는 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우
6. 상품의 도색 상태나 포장 불만족으로 인한 반품 및 교환은 불가능(모든 제품은 경미한 도색의 차이나 제품의 특성으로 인한 포장에 따라 차이가 존재하며 이는 절대 불량으로 처리되지 않습니다.)
6. 반품,교환시 필요한 왕복 배송비 기타 필요한 비용은 귀책사유가 있는 쪽에서 부담합니다. |
